I started buying homes at foreclosure auctions in DeKalb and Fulton counties during the Great Financial Crisis, from 2009 to 2012, and bought hundreds of homes that way. Since then I have built more than 50 build-to-rent homes, bought and sold a handful of multifamily projects, and flipped a bunch of homes. Today I own Citiside Property Management and Georgia Private Lending. Markets shift, and I am always looking for the next opportunity.
